Lance Carter

Hello! My name is Lance Carter, and I'm a recent graduate of Illinois State University, where I earned my Bachelor's in Computer Science and a minor in Psychology. I'm currently based in Bloomington-Normal, and just finished working as a Software Engineering Intern at State Farm since August 2021.

One of my biggest passions is artificial intelligence, and I've had the opportunity to work with it firsthand as an undergraduate researcher at ISU, where I worked under Dr. Shaoen Wu and learned the basics of conducting research using Python.

When I'm not working or studying, I enjoy a variety of hobbies and activities, such as modding video games, cooking, photography, and being outdoors. I also love spending time with my family and my friends, as well as my girlfriend.
